Who Uses The ONE Application?

Clients/Consumers

Clients and consumers find it easy to use the The ONE Application to fill out and submit agency paperwork on their own time. Clients with access to the internet no longer need to travel to agency offices to pick up and drop off paperwork. They no longer need to fill out and return multiple paper applications to multiple offices. Using The ONE Application, consumers simply go online, select the applications they wish to fill out, answer the questions and submit them electronically.

Intake Workers/Office Managers

Agency paperwork is retrieved through the same web-based system that clients use to apply for programs. Office managers can assign applications to intake workers, who then process the applications. Alternatively, web services are available to export data from The ONE Application directly into existing databases or case management systems.

Program Managers

Statistics and reports about the progress of applications submitted can be built. Manager accounts can have access to one or more offices and can view progress and submission statistics for each office.
